In fact, 80% of his business is from his regular client base - which consists of builders, strata management and real estate companies, residential clients and local businesses.
Jamie now has a team of plumbers working for him and this is expanding as the work keeps on coming in and the phone doesn't stop ringing, thanks to his reputation, reliability, honesty and quality service.
