Jamie Slater started his plumbing career in his late teens and in his early twenties started his own local plumbing business. Since he started, his business and his client base has gone from strength to strength due to his excellent work ethic and customer service, quality workmanship and his ability to go the extra mile for his clients.
As a result, some 27 years later – Jamie never has to advertise. His work is based on repeat business, regular clients, and word of mouth. In fact, 80% of his business is from his regular client base – which consists of builders, strata management and real estate companies, residential clients and local businesses.
Jamie now has a team of plumbers working for him and this is expanding as the work keeps on coming in and the phone doesn’t stop ringing, thanks to his reputation, reliability, honesty and quality service.
